Salon Success Coach
Are you an experienced and passionate Salon Owner OR do you currently support Salon Owners in their business growth and you’re looking for your next progressive move?
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our Salon Mastery Program, empowering salon owners to work through a 9-Part Strategic Business plan and grow through different stages and phases to reach a $1 million salon and beyond, all without overworking or feeling overwhelmed.
We believe that your experience and passion in the Salon Industry, combined with your desire to support others, make you a perfect fit for this role. Together, we can help salon owners achieve their dreams and create thriving businesses.
Your Mission
As a Salon Success Coach, you will embark on a mission to drive client success for our Salon Owners while fostering a vibrant and supportive community within our Hair & Beauty Business Coaching Program.
As a key member of our success team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our Salon CEOs not only enjoy their coaching experience but also achieve their business goals. Your keen insight will enable you to identify areas for improvement in their businesses and guide them toward success.
Your expertise in the Salon Mastery strategies [we'll teach you] will ignite their excitement for learning and empower them to thrive using our program effectively. You will ensure our Salon CEOs are excited about learning new business strategies and know how to succeed using our program. You'll ensure they have the right resources at their fingertips so we can effectively help 100’s of Salon Owners grow their Salons to $1Million dollars a year (and beyond).
Your Role:
- Strategic Coaching Relationships: Develop strong and supportive connections with each salon owner in the Salon Mastery Program, understanding their unique challenges, aspirations, and goals. Provide personalised Salon Mastery Strategy plans tailored to their individual needs.
- Monthly Strategic 1:1 Strategy Calls: Conduct regular one-on-one strategy sessions with your assigned salon owners to review progress, address challenges, and set new objectives aligned with the Salon Mastery Roadmap.
- Guidance through the Salon Mastery Program: Utilise the Salon Mastery Roadmap to guide salon owners through different growth stages, helping them implement strategies to enhance their salon's performance and move closer to achieving the milestone of a $1 million salon.
- Weekly Group Coaching Calls: Lead engaging weekly coaching and workshop sessions, fostering collaboration and shared learning among salon owners within the Salon Mastery Program community.
- Live Workshop Facilitation: Collaborate with the team to develop impactful live workshops for Salon Mastery members. Conduct these workshops with enthusiasm and expertise, delivering valuable insights and practical advice.
- Community Group Nurturing: Foster a strong sense of community within the Salon Mastery Program by engaging with salon owners, addressing questions, and facilitating discussions to create a supportive and encouraging group dynamic.
- In-depth Knowledge of Salon Mastery Program: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Salon Mastery Program's strategies and resources. Use this expertise to guide and coach salon owners on how to leverage these strategies for maximum business growth.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work seamlessly with the wider team, sharing insights and experiences to enhance the effectiveness of the Salon Mastery Program and deliver exceptional service to salon owners.
By combining your experience, passion, and dedication, you will play a pivotal role in helping salon owners achieve their business dreams and create successful and thriving salons.
Your Experience:
- Proven experience as a business owner, coach, or working within the Hair & Beauty industry on business development.
- ideally with a focus on entrepreneurs in the beauty or salon industry.
- You will be able to Demonstrate a track record of helping businesses achieve growth and success. (or have done so yourself)
- In-depth knowledge of salon operations, including management, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Strong familiarity with the challenges and opportunities faced by salon owners at different stages of business growth.
- Excellent communication:
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport with salon owners and foster a positive coaching relationship.
- Good facilitation skills to conduct engaging group coaching calls and workshops.
- High degree of empathy, patience, and the ability to tailor coaching approaches to individual learning styles.
- Passion for supporting others:
- A genuine interest in helping salon owners achieve their business goals.
- Flexibility to adapt coaching techniques and strategies based on the unique challenges.
- Provide ongoing feedback and reinforcement & accountability to ensure continuous progress toward their business goals and action plans,
- Personal attributes:
- Organised, self-motivated
- Can manage multiple coaching relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to make informed business decisions.
Working With Us
- Flexibility to work 20-35 hours per week with a hybrid working environment, either from our Wellington, New Zealand office or remotely across New Zealand or Australia
